Our Food

At Little Fingers we believe in consuming healthy and natural foods that give all the necessary nutrients that kids need for their growth. Our meals are always changing depending on the time of year. Fresh fruit with every meal ensures we have the energy to get through the day. Grains, proteins, vegetables and fruit will be served with variation at every meal. Every meal is homemade created by the hands of the childcare providers. We also incorporate food in our activities to help kids learn about food from different regions of the world and they get to participate in the preparation of a dish once a month.
